We offer monthly and yearly subscription packages for pet listing services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, terms, and automatic billing outlined at checkout.
All subscription sales are final. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued, including (but not limited to) the following reasons:
You changed your mind after purchasing
You misunderstood the services offered
You no longer require our services
You forgot to cancel before the auto-renewal
You experienced temporary technical issues
We encourage all users to review our Terms & Conditions and service descriptions before subscribing.
If a user is found to have:
Provided fake services
Created listings with fraudulent intent
Abused the platform for scams or misrepresentation
We reserve the right to terminate the account immediately without refund. All such claims are manually reviewed, and decisions are final.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
Yearly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of the annual term. No refunds will be issued for the remaining months.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless canceled. Your saved payment method will be charged by Paddle. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account may be permanently disabled. We work to resolve disputes and provide supporting documentation to validate legitimate charges.
