Pet Adoption Fund (PAF) is a 501(c)(3), an all breed, non-profit, no-kill dog & cat private rescue organization and adoption center, founded in 1983 in Los Angeles, CA.  The organization is staffed primarily by volunteers, and exists solely on donations.
